So we celebrated Nailah's 1st birthday!
She dipped her fingers in the pink cream trimmings before we can get hold of her hand! Our birthday girl is so engrossed with her cake :)
I ordered a cake 4 days ago and collected it after my work ended today. Since its Friday, I'm so much in the mood :)
My baby is now a TODDLER! Gosh, just a year ago, at this moment, Nailah was in the NICU after my emergency c-section. She was barely a day old. *tears welling up*
Look at her now... She loves playing with my hair, gives us kisses, says 'mama' and 'baba', stands on her own and laughs heartily.
We had the mini party at MIL's. It was a cosy and humble affair of family and some close friends of hubby's. Alhamdulilah, everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with the mini bash. Even Nailah was! She was very expressive that night haha.
