I guessed so. A mother's instinct never lie!

The whitish patches in Nailah' mouth is ORAL THRUSH. Not from her milk.

Bought Nailah to the doc yesterday and were given an oral thrush gel. The thrush seems so much better this morning. Nailah never had oral thrush though. 2 days ago after her bath, I simply folded her upper lip to see the inner lip, then to my horror, I know this has got to be oral thrush. Why did I fold the upper lip? I don't know too, I never did that before. Just that at that time, I happen to do that. God is great, ya? Else, I will never know that my poor girl is having oral thrush.

Bought her an infant toothbrush too. She was so new to the whole idea. It's time to start practising good oral hygiene,my girl. Love seeing her pearly whites after a session of tooth-brushing! :)

Also bought her a sippy cup. She loves it! Watching her sipping just makes me think of how much my girl has grown. She also drinking more plain water eversince the transition to sippy cup. Dats a very gd thing.

Now, I know that the phrase "Mother Knows Best" is very true!
